Communications companies like Time Warner and Windstream are marketing their services by offering bundled packages for Internet, cable TV and phone service. While these offerings may sound attractive, it may be wise to shop around for two reasons. And second, by not tying your services together, you can disconnect one with which you're unhappy without affecting the others.
